PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sand bathing by heating the sand equally and restraining the propagation of various bacteria effectively in the bathtub. SOLUTION: The bathtub 1, which is filled with sand, has a heating means 2 at the bottom. On the heating means 2, there is mounted a zigzagging heating pipe 3, through which runs heating medium. Around the heating pipe 3, many fins are set at wide intervals near an inlet pipe 5 and at close intervals near an outlet pipe 6. The bathtub 1 is filled with antibacterial sand.
