PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot plate which saves waste heat time, makes turn over of the cooked material possible and an oven cooking practicable. SOLUTION: This hot plate saves waste heat time owing to heat supplied by the heating means 16 prepared at the lid 15. It keeps the cooked material from crumbling when it is turned over after its upper face has been heated, and makes an oven cooking practicable.
