PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method, with which the adhesion of foreign matters, dust or the like to the surfaces of a transfer sheet and of an image receiving sheet can be prevented, picture qualities such as unevenness, smoothness or the like and the carrying properties of the transfer sheet and of the image receiving sheet are improved, and development of electric discharging pattern due to electrification of a film can be prevented. SOLUTION: In this image forming method, the transfer sheet formed by providing at least a hot melt ink layer on a support and the image receiving sheet formed by providing at least a bonding layer, onto which the hot melt ink layer is transferred, on a support are employed. By giving a solution for improving a transferring sensitivity in the fashion of an image to either one of the transfer sheet and the image receiving sheet, a latent image is formed so as to transfer the hot melt ink layer at a place, to which the solution is given, in order to form an image on the image receiving sheet, and at least one layer of the layers constituting the transfer sheet includes a binder having an antistatic performance. |
