PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-tray packaging bag and its industrial manufacturing method, capable of achieving such purposes that (a) no tray is used, thereby making the incineration of a packaging bag easier when it is made to waste, the weight and capacity of a packaging material are reduced, and the inclusion of the different kinds of plastics materials is avoided as much as possible, (b) bulky contents are prevented from being irregularly positioned in the bag, and (c) a package is prevented from buckling when displayed. SOLUTION: The non-tray packaging bag (1) packages contents without using a tray. The bag (1) is formed of front and rear sheets (S), (S) and has a basic structure in which one side of the bag forms an opening side (11) while the other sides thereof form sealed sides (12), respectively. Rib-like sealing belts (2) for welding both the front and the rear sheets (S), (S) to each other are so formed as to project in the form of the teeth of a comb toward the central region of the bag from at least one side among the sealed sides (12).
