PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a gear shift device and a differential gear by driving a wheel directly to reduce a weight of an electric vehicle and simplify a structure of an independent suspension device by eliminating a drive shaft because a conventional electric vehicle necessitates the gear shift device and the differential gear, thereby increasing its weight, and the wheel and the drive shaft are not separated from each others, thereby complicating the structure of the independent suspension device. SOLUTION: This direct drive electric wheel in which a wheel side is a rotator to which a permanent magnet or an electromagnet 3 which becomes a magnet due to electromagnetic connection and an element for detecting position are attached and a drive shaft side is a stator to which an electromagnet 6, a switch, a position detector, a switch for brake, a polarity switching switch, and a disc for brake 19 are attached is attached together with a spring 20, a shock absorber 21, a brake 22, a hinge 23 for steering, and an actuator for steering to constitute the independent suspension device. |
