PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing original plate, which has a favorable on-machine developability, high sensitivity and high plate wearability, in the on-machine developing type lithographic printing original plate, with which printing can be executed as it is installed on a printing machine after being exposed. SOLUTION: The lithographic printing original plate has a hydrophilic layer including a colloidal oxide or hydroxide of at least one chemical element selected from the group consisting of berylium, magnesium, aluminum, silicon, titanium, boron, germanium, tin, zirconium, iron, vanadium, antimony and transition metals and a photothermic conversion agent and further a heat sensitive layer on the hydrophilic layer. |
