PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent or almost transparent packaging film excellent in moistureproof properties and tear strength and easy to discard and incinerate. SOLUTION: The packaging film is constituted by laminating and bonding a transparent or almost transparent moistureproof layer, which comprises a thermoplastic resin (polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin or polyester resin) film having a transparent vapor deposition layer based on oxide of silicon or aluminum formed thereon, to one surface of a transparent or almost transparent nonwoven sheet, which is obtained by arranging and laminating a large number of uniaxially stretched tapes made of a thermoplastic resin (polyethylene resin or polypropylene resin) to bond them, so that the transparent vapor deposition layer is on the side of the nonwoven sheet and laminating and bonding a transparent or almost transparent fusing layer comprising a thermoplastic resin (ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer with a vinyl acetate content of 20 weight % or polyethylene resin with a density of 0.940 or less) to the other surface of the nonwoven sheet.
