PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular material inspection device wherein when the feed quantity of granular materials to be fed to a transfer passage is reduced, the granular materials can be properly separated into normal materials and defective materials. SOLUTION: In order to reduce the quantity of granular materials to be fed to a transfer passage IK, the number of vibration of a transfer body 9A, on which granular materials are mounted so as to be transported, is increased as compared to the case that the feed quantity of granular materials is increased, and the amplitude of vibration of the body 9A is made smaller by controlling the drive of a vibration feeder 9.
