PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof rubber for a cable receiving part which corresponds to cables of various standards. SOLUTION: The cylindrical waterproof rubber 1 is fitted to a cable receiving part 6a of a case 6 for electrical equipment such as a switch case for a concrete vibrator and blocks a space between the inner wall of the cable receiving part 6a and cable 5 in a watertight fashion. A groove 2 is annularly formed in the outer peripheral wall of the waterproof rubber 1, so that the inner wall of the groove part bulges to the bore side when the waterproof rubber 1 is compressed in the axial direction.
