PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold reserving pillow excellent in the feel or fittness with the head or affected part and capable of keeping the cooling effect over a long time. SOLUTION: A water-containing gel with a water content of 75 weight %, preferably 55-75 weight % charged in an inner bag is sealed in a platic outer bag of which at least one surface comprises a transparent film. By sealing a foamed sheet in the plastic outer bag, cold reserving effect is enhanced. It is preferable to laminate an aluminum foil on the single surface of the foamed sheet to position the water-containing gel layer on the side of the aluminum foil.
