PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display changes with time in a manner to be easy to understand by forming one image by superposing a plurality of images which change with time. SOLUTION: A plurality of image data wherein the density changes along the time base is obtained by a CT or the like (S102). A focal area is specified (S104), and the periphery is blackened (S106). The location of the image slightly differs depending on a natural movement or a movement in the measurement of a physiological body. Therefore, the positioning for respective images is performed utilizing a method used for a predictive encoding or a vector quantization (S108). An error in brightness, which is ununiformity in the brightness of respective picture elements at the same coordinates of respective images, and respective picture elements in the same image, is minimized (S110). Then, since the variation in the brightness of the images is the variation in the density, the variations in the brightness on the time base are substituted for respective specified color data. Then, in the end, one sheet of image data is prepared (S112).
