REAL-TIME MONITOR FOR BEAT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a real-time monitor for beats that displays a distribution of fluctuations of beats in real time according to biosignals such as electrocardiographic complex or the like. SOLUTION: The monitor is provided with following parts: A beat-detecting part 330 detects a subject's beats. A mensuration part 340 for intervals of beats measurates the interval of every beat from the output of the beat-detecting part. A storing part 360 for intervals of beats stores at least one data of the interval of beats from the measuring part for intervals of beats. A sampling part 350 for data of beats samples two consective data of intervals of beats from the mensuration part for intervals of beats and the storing part for intervals of beats. A displaying part 370 displays a coordinate plane. The controlling part 350 directs the displaying part to plot a point that takes the former data of the interval of beats as a value of an axis of the coordinate plane and the latter one as a value of the other axis out of the two consective data of the intervals of beats from the sampling part for data of beats. The real-time monitor for beats features in plotting the points in the coordinate plane of the displaying part whenever the signals of the subject's beats are detected.
