PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method and a device wherein a variation in the sensitivity distribution of an X-ray detector can be easily inspected, an X-ray tomograpahic imaging device equipped with such an inspection device, and a recording medium on which a program to realize such an inspection function in a computer is recorded. SOLUTION: From an X-ray source to the X-ray detector 24, X-ray 400 is respectively cast by changing the radiation regions on the light-receiving surface. Then, the performance of the X-ray detector 24 is judged based on the ratio of X-ray detection signals.
