PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a wet refuse, leftover and fish waste (hereinafter abbreviated as wet refuse) discharged from a big food service industry, supermarket, department store, hotel, etc., being completely managed into a feed. SOLUTION: This method for making a wet refuse into a feed comprises formulating a high-temperature/aerobic microorganism with rice bran or a mixture of rice bran and bran to give a microorganism formulated carrier, mixing the microorganism formulated carrier with a wet refuse, fermenting the mixture, drying the fermented mixture at a point of time of proper fermentation to interrupt the fermentation. |
