PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a growth hormone secrtion hastening substance. SOLUTION: This medicinal composition contains a compound represented by the formura, its racemic body-diastereoisomer mixture, its optical isomer or a pharmaceutically permissible salt or prodrug thereof, or the above compound and a growth hormone secrtion hastening substance selected from the group consisting of GHRP-6, hexarelin, GHRP-1, growth hormone release factor(GRF), IGF-1, IGF-2 and B-HT920 or its analog. The medicinal composition is useful for increasing the endogenous production or release of a growth hormone in human or other animals.
