PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyolefin based resin foamed sheets having excellent various properties such as moldability and surface performance which are used in building components such as wall covering materials, surface materials of bulletin boards and the like. SOLUTION: The polyolefin based resin foamed sheet comprises (1) 100-70 pts.wt. copolymer of ethylene with a 3-12Cα-olefin which has specific property values and has been obtained by polymerization using a metallocene catalyst, (2) 0-30 pts.wt. olefin based elastomer, (3) 0.5-50 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. sum of the ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and the olefin based elastomer, cork powder having an average particle diameter of 200-3,000μm, and (4) 0.50-10 pts.wt., based on 100 pts.wt. sum of the ethylene/α-olefin copolymer and the olefin based elastomer, blowing agent, and have an expansion ratio of 1.1-10 times and, grains having a groove depth of 50-4,000μm and a groove pitch of 50-4,000μm which are formed on at least one side of the sheet.
