PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for compounding hair treatment agent which can easily and cheaply prepare a hair treatment agent such as a hair conditioner, a hair dyeing agent, a wave agent and a finishing agent, and also to provide a hair treatment agent having good performance for obtaining such as a feel of damp, a feel of soft, a feel of slippery touch, a feel of dry touch, a feel of light-oily touch, gloss, salt resistance to the hair treatment, prevention of decolorization after dyeing hair, spread of cream, no stickiness, vividness of coloring in color wax, no solidification of the tip of hair, easy cleaning wax by shampoo. SOLUTION: This hair treatment agent is characterized by containing esters and alcohols.
