PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise damping structure of a transmission case for reducing radiation sound of a transmission provided with a power take-out window. SOLUTION: The weight of a cover 5 attached to a PTO window 4 is set to be several times or more of the weight of an ordinary cover made of sheet metal.
