PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of making a sintered ceramics superior in characteristic, yield and stability on mass production. SOLUTION: The entire surfaces of a mold is covered by slurry with a dipping method or a spraying method and then by boron nitride. The mold is laid into glass powder and set in a HIP apparatus. The atmosphere in HIP is displaced by a pressurized gas at 1 atmospheric pressure or more. The mold or calcinated mold is sintered at specific temperature and pressure. |
