摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent observation endoscope equipment capable of preventing an unintended operation in which an operator accidently irradiates an ultraviolet exciting light, and improving operability. SOLUTION: The fluorescent observation endoscope equipment 1 is constituted of an endoscope 10, a light source device 20 selectively supplying the ultraviolet exciting light or white lighting light to the endoscope 10 and a control center 40 for controlling the switching of observation modes of the light source 20. The control center 40 is provided with a timer 43 which is a validation means for outputting a validation signal for a prescribed time after an operational signal by the push-down operation of a mode-lock releasing switch 27 is inputted, and a comparative discrimination part 44 as a discrimination means for judging whether or not there is the output of the validation signal from the timer 43 and discriminating that the switching signal from a switch 26 is inputted, and also for discriminating that the lighting light supplied to the endoscope 10 is the ultraviolet exciting or white light.
