摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controlling system which controls hydraulic cylinders for civil engineering machineries depending on descrete value of torque output which is supplied to the wheels of the civil engineering machineries to control the operating instruments for the civil engineering machineries with wheels. SOLUTION: The controlling system comprises a torque indicating mechanism for supplying a representative value of amount of torque to be applied to the wheels of the civil engineering machineries. An electronic controlling device receives representative torque from the mechanism and judges if the representative torque received from the torque indicating mechanism exceeds a first prescribed value and generates a first command signal as a response. A device for controlling hydraulic instruments controls the flow rate of hydraulic fluids to supply to the inclined hydraulic cylinder in a certain sequence set after responding to the first command signal in order that the inclined hydraulic cylinder can operate a bucket of the civil engineering machinery in a controllable manner to take out a material out of a heap of materials.
