<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing Ti-containing steel in which the length of TiN inclusions reducing its fatigue life is controlled to 10μm or less. SOLUTION: In this method for producing Ti-containing steel in which TiN inclusions are refined, using Ti-containing steel produced by melting the raw material for Ti-containing steel free from a return material is melted in a vacuum induction furnace and is cast as an electrode, remleting is performed by a vacuum arc melting method.</p> |
