GOLF CLUB HEAD AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head that gives good impact feeling as well as improving strength and durability. SOLUTION: The golf club head is composed by containing at least a face member comprising a mold part molded by heat-press to predetermined form of beta form titanium alloy that is cold-rolled without solution treatment. The golf head has not only nearly the same strength as a golf club that contains a face member formed by cold-press of beta form titanium alloy without solution treatment, but is improved in durability by reducing generation of cracks on the surface as well as giving a good impact feeling.
