PRODUCTION PROCESS OF WHITE ARTIFICIAL ZEOLITE FROM LIQUID WASTE OF ALKALI CLEANING OF ALUMINUM FORMWORK, AND APPARATUS THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process and an apparatus for the production of a white artificial zeolite with high quality resembling synthetic zeolite, in which liquid waste of alkali cleaning of aluminum formwork is utilized as an effective resources which is discarded from aluminum products producers. SOLUTION: This process of producing white artificial zeolite comprises the steps of mixing the liquid waste of alkali cleaning of aluminum formwork with water glass where silicon/aluminum ratio is charged, reacting the mixture under alkaline conditions and treatment by heating or pressurizing and obtaining the product having similar quality as synthetic zeolite.
