PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive pallet changer saving a space. SOLUTION: In the pallet changer, a first mounting base 30a and a second mounting base 30b are turned in the vertical direction by means of a parallel crank mechanism constructed of a forward turning member 20a consisting of E-shaped cranks 22a, 22b and rotary shafts 24a, 24b, a backward turning member 20b, the first mounting base 30a supported freely rotationally in a projection part 26a in the front end of the forward turning member 20a and in a projection part 26b in the front end of the backward turning member 20b, and the second mounting base 30b supported freely rotationally in a projection part 27a in the rear end of the forward turning member 20a and a projection 27b in the rear end of the backward turning member 20b.
