PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet food suppressing or inhibiting the food to curve even in the case of adhering an edible liquid material on one surface of the sheet food. SOLUTION: An edible coating 26 having a water repellency or water- insolublity is formed on the surface of a dried laver or a toasted laver 3 as the sheet food by coating with a shellac solution. A liquid edible material 20 is coated by a screen printing on the surface of the edible coating 26 as a seasoning material. The liquid edible material 20 comprises a solution dissolving powdery soy sauce, starch, dextrin or the like in water. The edible coating 26 prevents the penetration of moistures, and the curving of the sheet food 1 is suppressed or prevented. Coating with the shellac solution to cover the adhered liquid edible material 20 forms an edible coating 26a. Sticking of the liquid edible material on finger is avoided while handpicking the sheet food 1. |
