PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based resin composition which has a melt tension enabling the peeling of the excellently transparent, thin and wide sheet of the resin composition from a high temperature metal roll and has a excellent peeling property from the roll, characterized by comprising a polyester-based resin composition consisting mainly of a specific amorphous polyester-based resin and a specific resin having a high and controllable thermal melt viscosity. SOLUTION: This polyester-based resin composition characterized by comprising 100 pts.wt. of a resin component consisting mainly of an amorphous polyester resin which comprises a dicarboxylic acid component comprising terephthalic acid and a diol component comprising 20 to 35 mol.% of 1, 4- cyclohexanedimethanol and 65 to 80 mol.% of ethyleneglycol, 1 to 17 pts.wt. of an acrylic rubber-based modifier, and 1 to 3 pts.wt. of a lubricant.
