The invention relates to a textile surface (11) which is particularly useful for producing garments. The outside (12) is provided with a hydrophobic, i.e. moisture-repellent, layer (14) and the inside (13) is provided with a hydrophilic, i.e. moisture-absorbing, layer (15). According to the invention, the hydrophobic outside (12) of the textile surface (11) offers sufficient protection against rain. The hydrophilic inside (13) of the surface (11) immediately absorbs the moisture which is released by the person wearing said garment. |
