<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam type thawing and heating machine which can thaw and heat a frozen food with steam without taking in moisture to the frozen food, evenly jet the steam onto the frozen food, thaw and heat the frozen food with high temperature steam, prevent the steam from leaking from the steam chamber, and safely thaw, heat and cook the food. SOLUTION: This steam type thawing and heating machine characterized by disposing a steam-jetting nozzle pipe 5 above a food tray to be charged into or discharged from a steam case 3 comprising a bottom portion 1 and a cover 2, and fitting the cover 2 into a space 30 formed on the inner peripheral surface of the bottom portion 1.</p> |
