PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent buckling for a packaging box. SOLUTION: A packaging box is constituted of inner face boards 10-13 folded inwardly from side edges 3a, 3b, 5a and 5b of at least one of a front face board 3 and a rear face board 5 to the inside of left and right face boards 8 and 9, and reinforcing boards 14 and 15 provided on the inner peripheries of the front face board 3 and the rear face board 5.
