PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce caregiver's labor required for moving a seat device having a seat body and front and rear folding wheels when the seat device is used as a wheeled chair in the seat device for vehicle capable of being moved to the inside and outside of a cabin by a lift-up device and being separated from the lift-up device to use it as the wheeled chair singly. SOLUTION: This seat device incorporates a wheel-in-motor 160 composed in a compact manner on an inner peripheral side of a wheel 162 of a rear wheel 70 of the seat device and can run by itself by the wheel-in-motor 160.
