PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stone grist mill device which is capable of smoothly supplying grains of nonuniform grain sizes as well to stone grist mills without clogging in hoppers. SOLUTION: With this stone grist mill device 100, the supply of the grains to the sliding contact surfaces of a lower mortar 90 and an upper mortar 80 rotatably driven by a drive body is executed by a first hopper 30 which is disposed above the upper mortar 80 and into which an operator feed the grains and a second hopper 40 which is erected on the upper mortar 80 and supplies the grains falling from the first hopper 30 into supply holes 81 formed at the upper mortar 80, and the regulation of the supply rate of the grains is executed by a spacing width 70 between a bottom end edge of a supply rate regulating pipe 34 which is mounted at the falling port in the lower part of a funnel body 31 of the first hopper 30 and is vertically movable along the falling port and a supply rate regulating receiving tray 44 which is supported at a funnel body 41 of the second hopper 40 and is disposed in the position facing the lower side of the supply rate regulating pipe 34. The bottom end edge of the supply rate regulating pipe 34 is provided with a clogging preventing means 35 for preventing the clogging of the grains in the falling port of the first hopper 30.
