PURPOSE:To automatically manage a maintenance schedule and to inform a maintenance engineer of an optimum maintenance period. CONSTITUTION:A cash transaction device includes a maintenance data processing part 32 which reads the working statistic information out of each unit as the present maintenance data and performs the arithmetic/comparison operations based on the present maintenance data, the precedent maintenance data stored in a precedent maintenance state and the reference data set previously to decide whether or not the inspection is needed for each check item of each unit. In a deciding state, the minimum and maximum reference value Y1 and Y2 are set as the reference data. Then the difference X of working pass sheet numbers is calculated between the precedent and present maintenance states. If X<Y1 and 2XX<=Y2 are satisfied against the difference X, the present inspection is not executed. Meanwhile the present inspection is carried out if X<Y1 and 2XX>Y2 are satisfied. The present inspection is also carried out with X>=Y1 respectively. |
