<p>PURPOSE:To provide a carton with a shaking out port which is superior in adaptability for mechanical operation at the times of box making and building up in a filling process. CONSTITUTION:To one end side panel 2 of one sheet of blank, a bonding panel 3 is provided to continue, and a carton C is formed into a cylindrical shape by adhering the bonding panel 3 on the outer surface of the other end side panel 5. On the one end side panel 2, a rectangular opening 2a which extends to the width of the panel 2 is provided. On the end edge of the other end side panel 5, a rotary plate 10 which has the same width as the opening 2a and is slightly longer than the opening 2a is provided at a location wherein the rotary plate 10 is exposed from the opening 2a. On both sides of the rotary plate 10, approx. quadrantal circle shaped guide plates 11, 12 with engaging protuberances 11a, 12a are provided. A sack-gluing is done under a condition in which the guide plates 11, 12 are inserted to form a flat surface, to make a box, and in a filling process, the guide plates 11, 12 are erected to form a square cylindrical shape, and then, both end parts are simply closed to build up a carton. When the carton is used, by pulling up the rotary plate 10, the guide plates 11, 12 are erected along both edges of the opening 2a, and a shaking out port S is thus formed.</p> |
