BURNER FOR INFLAMMABLE POWDER FUEL

PURPOSE: A burner for inflammable powder fuel is provided to obtain energy in an incinerating process as well as to incinerate industrial waste matter safely and to minimize secondary pollution by crushing/mixing inflammable waste matter, extrusion-molding/crushing the mixture and burning the matter. CONSTITUTION: A burner for inflammable powder fuel consists of: a powder fuel feeder(110) injecting powder fuel into a burner(100); a powder fuel storage tank(120) storing the powder fuel before burning; a pilot burner(140) generating inflammable gas and burning fuel by heating the powder fuel supplied from the powder fuel feeder; a blower(130) supplying combustion air into the pilot burner and combustion chambers; a pilot combustion chamber(150) generating hot inflammable gas from the ignited powder fuel with a flame of the pilot burner and feeding the inflammable gas into a primary combustion chamber(190) together with external air; the nozzle shaped primary combustion chamber mixing the hot inflammable gas with air and burning the fuel with a flame of the pilot burner; a secondary combustion chamber(200) heated by hot heat from the primary combustion chamber to burn the powder fuel gas therein again, having a screw(201) for mixing and burning the inflammable gas with air; and a third fuel chamber(300) heated by hot heat by radiant heat from the secondary combustion chamber, having a rotor for mixing/burning the non-burnt gas of the secondary combustion chamber with air. Industrial waste matter is incinerated safely with protecting environment. In addition, energy is obtained in the incinerating process.
