PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of organic fertilizer using leftover food livestock wastewater which reduces manufacturing time and keeps fertilizer from decay for distribution by adding unslaked lime to waste organics. The resultant fertilizer supplies nutrients to crops and neutralizes soil. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps: separating impurities from waste organics, leftover food livestock wastewater; grinding to 3-10mm in side; adding 4-20wt.% of unslaked lime(CaO) to the waste and mixing for 4-12min. for CaO-coated waste; drying at 700-900deg.C for 20-40min.
