PURPOSE: A method for managing a reserving card is provided to offer an expectation psychology to a user and to offer a client attraction to a member store by accumulating a predetermined reserve whenever a user transacts with a member store and additionally accumulating the reserve whenever the same user transacts with the same member store at a predetermined times. CONSTITUTION: When a user buys a commodity in a member store(201,202,203,251), a reserve is accumulated(205,254) to the user as a predetermined rate. In addition, an additional reserve is accumulated(207,209,256,258) to a customer and a prize winner. The user receives a qualification for applying to a special free gift event being executed at a predetermined period. A card company collects predetermined money out of a system using commission in an opened account and draws lots as the unit of a week, month and year, and gives a free gift to a prizewinner. A lottery objected members are limited in accordance with a lot application process.
