PURPOSE: A heat transfer paper for a label is provided, to improve the adhesive power of the label and to allow it to be adhered to the three-dimensional place easily by enhancing the flexibility. CONSTITUTION: The heat transfer paper for a label(1) comprises a releasing paper; a hot adhesive layer(11) which is formed on the releasing paper and is made of an uncured gel-state silicone; a thermosetting material layer(12) which is formed on the hot adhesive layer(11) and is made of an uncured gel-state silicone, wherein the curing temperature of the silicone of the hot adhesive layer(11) is different from that of the silicone of the thermosetting material layer(12), and only the thermosetting material layer(12) is cured and the hot adhesive layer(11) is not cured when it is heated at the specific temperature.
