PURPOSE: A bed for nursing is provided to enable a patient to sanitarily urinate and evacuate without circumferential assistance by attaching various convenient apparatuses to a bed. CONSTITUTION: A bed for nursing includes an evacuation port(62) formed at an upper plate(6) of the bed, a flush toilet bowl(32) installed at the lower part of the evacuation port, a water storage tank(34) installed on one side for supplying water to the toilet bowl, a water supply control element installed between the water storage tank and the toilet bowl for controlling water supply, an exchange type undercurrent tub(42) filtering sludge in excretions exhausted from the toilet bowl, a water keeping tub(44) connected to a rear end of the undercurrent tub for keeping exhausted water after excretion processing, a fullness sensing element sensing fullness of water kept in the water keeping tub, an exhaust valve for exhausting water kept in the water keeping tub to the outside, a detergent jetting element jetting liquid detergent to the toilet bowl of a user, a cleaning water jetting element jetting water to the toilet bowl, and a warm wind dryer(58) for drying the buttocks of the user with warm wind.
