PURPOSE: Provided are a planting method and a planting equipment in all directions of an ultra-fine yarn using circulation of pneumatics and a horizontal multistage high pressure belt, and having improved workability and increased quality. CONSTITUTION: The planting equipment is comprised of: an empty chamber(1-1) formed in a supporting board(1), and connected with a pneumatics force feed tube(11); a storage well(9) which is installed in a lower filter(8-1) and is set on the upper part of the empty chamber(1-1), raising the ultra-fine yarn on uniform density with circulation of pneumatics; a housing(2) which is set on the upper part of the supporting board(1), containing a folding part(2-3); a rail(3) set on a communicating part(2-2); a placing device(4) of a material(5) laid on the rail(3); a high pressure belt(6-3) fixed by a holding wire(7), and set in an empty chamber of a housing(2-1); an ultra-fine yarn box(2-4) which is set on the housing(2-1), containing a brush roller(10-1); three high pressure belts(6)(6-1)(6-2) fixed in the multiple horizon by the holding wires(7), and set on the upper part and the lower part of the rail(3); an upper filter(8) set on the upper part of the housing(2); a filter(8-2) for removing the ultra-fine yarn connected to an inlet port of a fan(10) by pneumatics force feed tubes(11-6)(11-4); a pneumatics force feed tubes(11-3) set on a side of the upper filter(8), installed to a valve(12), and connected to an outlet part of the fan(10); the outlet part of the fan(10) connected to the pneumatics force feed tube(11) having a pneumatics controlling lever(13) and the valve(12), and connected to an outlet pneumatics force feed tube(11-5) having a valve(12-2); and a flowing pneumatics force feed tube(11-2) connected to a space between the pneumatics force feed tube(11) and the inlet port of the fan(10), and installed a valve(12-1).
