PURPOSE: An ink line case for a carpenter is provided to obtain perfect sealing with assembling a cover on a body of an ink line case easily and to mount an elastic member for preventing rotation of a winding roller. CONSTITUTION: To assemble a cover(12) on a body(10) of an ink line case(2) for a carpenter, the cover is connected to the body having a container(16). A connecting corner(24) of the cover is inserted into a protrusion(20) of the body, and a protrusion piece(22) of the body is connected to a contact face(26) of the cover. Ultrasonic vibration is applied to the body and the cover for about 3-5sec by using an ultrasonic bonding machine. Thereby, hot heat is generated to the connecting portion between the cover and the body, and the protrusion piece is molten to the connecting face. Herein, the protrusion piece has dual structure for perfect sealing. A guide protrusion piece(32) is protruded to a sidewall(28) of an elastic member(14) for controlling rotation of a winding roller(6). A connecting portion(34) of the elastic member is inserted into a fitting groove(30). Therefore, the winding roller is prevented from rotation by the simple structure.
