FUNCTIONAL GARLIC PEPPER PASTE AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: The functional garlic pepper paste is provided, which has the efficacy of garlic and no smell peculiar to garlic. And its producing method is also provided. The paste can be used for the treatment of several adult diseases. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the functional garlic pepper paste comprises the steps of: adding 0.7 to 1.0 wt.% of water, 0.05 to 0.1 wt.% of liquor, and 0.01 to 0.1 wt.% of laurel leaves into garlics and heating the mixture to 90 to 110 deg. C for 2 to 4 hours; removing the leaves of laurel and grinding the mixture to produce garlic stew; mixing common materials which are used for producing common pepper paste with garlic stew; and aging the garlic pepper paste. The functional garlic pepper paste may further contain jujube or anions.
