<p>PURPOSE: A process for preparing porous concrete is provided to utilize it for breeding and/or growing plants in the environmentally friendship manner by adding fly ash, silica fume and regenerated aggregates to general concrete material. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the following steps of mixing high purity flay ash and silica fume into the principle materials including known blast furnace slag or portland cement and regenerated aggregates having 5-20mm particle size obtained from waste concrete in a weight ratio of 5-20% relative to amount of the cement. The raw cement material is prepared in 30-50% of paste ratio (P/G) and mixed with high fluidizing agent and high performance AE water-reducing agent in amounts of 0.5-1.3% and 0.01-0.05% based on the weight of the cement, respectively. The regenerated aggregates are of 2.64 specific gravity, 1,470kg/m¬2 of unit weight and 5-20mm particle size.</p> |
