PURPOSE: A cooling air seal apparatus for kimchi storage device is provided to prevent kimchi from being naturally aged and enjoy fresh flavor of the kimchi for a long time by preventing cooling air from being discharged to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A seal apparatus comprises a lower sealing sheet section(32) arranged at the upper portion of a storage section(30), and which has an inclined surface(31) which is inclined inward to the storage section; an upper sealing sheet section(36) arranged beneath a storage device door(34) to correspond to the lower sealing sheet section, and which has a protrusion(38) which is protruded downward so as to contact the inclined surface of the lower sealing sheet section; and a cooling air cut-off valve(40) arranged in the storage device door so as to automatically discharge the gas generated from the kimchi stored in the storage section. The cooling air cut-off valve is arranged to penetrate the storage device door, and has a hopper-shaped outlet port(50) and a sealing ball(48).
