PURPOSE: A method for a shopping using an avatar and an Internet phone in three dimensional Internet space is provided to understand and bargain of a commodity through a counsel with a working staff in three dimensional Internet shopping space with an avatar for displaying a user and to fulfill a price adjustment, an order, a payment, and a delivery and to sell a commodity not only at a store but a delivery. CONSTITUTION: Information of a commodity may be obtained through an avatar for displaying a user in three dimensional Internet shopping space(13) while a user communicates with other avatar. A counsel, a bargain, and a price adjustment of the commodity may be performed to a manager or a staff of a wanted store(19) through an Internet phone(18). Information with respect to a user's request is outputted from a database(14) and a service with respect to a purchase and a communication is performed, and thus an obtaining of information, a counsel, a price adjustment, an order, and a payment are achieved.
