PURPOSE: A sole of a shoe having upper and lower air compression type and upper and lower embossing is provided to maintain the elasticity and restitutive force for the sole at 100-250deg.C below zero. CONSTITUTION: The sole of a shoe is divided into a lower surface, a higher surface, and an edge surface. The lower surface has a curved embossing on an upper part and a domed air cushion type embossing on a lower part on the basis of an upper surface of the sole of a shoe. A plurality of holes for circulating the air are formed among the curved embossing. The higher surface is formed with an arch shape of the bottom of his/her foot, and a plurality of turns and holes are formed on the surface of the higher surface. The edge surface supports the edge of the bottom of his/her foot by making a right-angled triangle type curved posts along with the curve of the sole of the shoe.
