PURPOSE: A system and a method for automatically processing data of an Internet trade is provided to extract information and data necessary to a buyer and a seller automatically and to connect data necessary interactively automatically and to transmit an offer sheet and necessary data to a buyer and a seller automatically. CONSTITUTION: Data requested by a buyer and a seller are analyzed, classified, extracted, processed, and stored through a main controller(11). The data requested by a buyer and a seller from the main controller(11) are linked to a domestic and foreign web site(14) and checks whether the data is duplicated with data being stored in a data recording device and stores the checked data in the data recording device. The demand information and the stored data are compared and searched, and the matched data are connected as one-to-one or one-to-multi through a matching system device(12). The matched data are checked and selected, and an E-offer sheet is prepared for one-to-one or one-to-multi buyer and seller through an E-offer sheet operating system(13). The prepared E-offer sheet is transmitted to one-to-one or one-to-multi through a transmitting system device(15).
