PURPOSE: A method for re-constituting a user interface and a screen menu on a browser for a PDA and a PDA browser are provided to perform an actual multi-tasking and an update regardless of browser by re-constructing a screen menu of the Internet explorer for a PDA and a user interface being adapted to a user's demand and providing a CE browser for a PDA. CONSTITUTION: Information to be used for a connection is collected(S10). If a CE web browser for a PDA is installed in a user's PDA, the CE browser is executed(S20). If a CE web browser for a PDA is not installed in a user's PDA and an ActiveSync for exchanging information between a PDA and a PC is installed in a user's local PC, a CE browser for a PDA installing program is operated(S30). If an ActiveSync for exchanging information between a PDA and a PC is not installed in a user's local PC, an ActiveSync is installed in the user's local PC and a CE browser for a PDA installing program is operated(S40). If a user's PDA is connected to a cradle, the installation of a CE web browser for a PDA is completed(S60). If a user's PDA is not connected to a cradle, the install program is stored in the ActiveSync of the user's local PC and the installation of a CE web browser for a PDA is progressed when the user's PDA is connected to a cradle later(S70). After the installation of a CE web browser for a PDA is completed, the CE web browser for a PDA is operated through a starting menu(S90)(S100). After the CE web browser is executed, an ActiveXControl is operated(S110). The program information is recognized and constructed(S120). An address and information of a data server is constructed(S130). Necessary skin data are downloaded and the information thereof is inputted in a browser, and thus a skin tab is formed(S140).
