PURPOSE: Provided are a standard aggregative multiplex reacting system for establishing variety of compounds and a standard multiplex refining system, which can synthesize many compounds collectively and simultaneously and refine the collectively synthesized compounds simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: The reacting system contains a well plate-type aggregative reactor for synthesizing the compounds and a frame for sealing the well-plate type reactor, and a rotary mixer which rotates in 360 degree to reciprocate the content in the well from an inlet of the well to an outlet of the well. The frame for sealing is made of aluminium or plastic and contains middle frames connected with an upper frame and a lower frame by screws. The refining system contains a multiplex refining column device comprising 8-12 columns.
