PURPOSE: A data push system and method using a caller ID and telephone communication apparatus capable of a data push using the caller ID is provided to obtain a great economic effect without a call charge by performing a data push function using the caller ID. CONSTITUTION: A database(130) of a service provider system(100) stores user information including a telephone number of a user, the user of a caller ID display service, updated information to be transmitted to a telephone communication apparatus of the user, and a data update item according to users. A server data agent unit(120) checks the data update item according to users stored in the database(130) and searches the telephone of the user and the use of the caller ID display service stored in the database(130). If the user uses the caller ID information display service, the server data agent unit(120) transmits a certain signal to a telephone communication apparatus(200) so that the telephone communication apparatus(200) receives update information and is automatically connected through a network(300). A call manager(110) receives information of the user using the caller ID display service from the database(130) and transmits a telephone transmission signal including caller ID using information of the user. A caller ID database(220) of the telephone communication apparatus(200) stores contents of caller ID as instruction type to be performed by the telephone communication apparatus(200). A caller information checker(210) checks caller ID from the received telephone number, searches contents of caller ID from the caller ID database(220) for discriminating whether caller ID is a registered instruction or general caller ID, and analyzes caller ID when the caller ID is the registered instruction. A user data agent unit(230) is connected with the server data agent unit(120) through the network(300) and receives an updated data when the result analyzed by the caller information checker(210) is a message for indicating that the updated data is provided. |
